                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH RICHARD JAHN, JR.,
                   TRUSTEE, AND OTHERS, RELATIVE TO THE POE
                   BRANCH INTERCEPTOR SEWER THROUGH THE MARY
                   MEADE SUBDIVISION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   ($215,000.00) DOLLARS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a contract with Richard Jahn, Jr., Trustee, and 
others,
       relative to the Poe Branch Interceptor Sewer through the Mary
       Meade Subdivision in an amount not to exceed $215,000.00.
